久しぶりに台風がやってきました。
招かざる客ですね。
心配したけれど、たいしたこともなく去っていきました。(^_^)/~

There was a typhoon came last night.
昨日台風が着ました。
It rained a lot.
たくさん雨が降りました。
it was windy yesterday.
It's nice weather after the typhoon is gone .
台風が去った後はいい天気です。
I hope the weather is good.
天気がいいといいですね。

８月９日 Monday
I was not feeling well yesterday.
昨日は体調がよくなかったです。。
Did you eat too much？.
食べすぎかな？
I h have a stomach
胃が痛い。(>_<)
My husband said 「yoga is good for you 」
パパがヨガがいいという。
I did yoga .
ヨガをしました。
I did it before going to bed。
寝る前にしました。
I was watching YouTube .
ユーチューブを見ながらでした。
I'm surprised that my body is stiff.
身体の硬いのにビックリです。
It hurts。
それに痛いです。
But I tryed for 20 minutes.
しかし　２０分トライしました。
Yoga is difficult to shapu.
ヨガは形が難しいですね。
Is it little better?
少し良くなったかな？
The instructor has soft body.
インストラクターの人は体が柔らかいですね。
I will try tomorrow。
明日もトライですね。
